The Dumping Ground
I worked as the Trainee Script Editor on Series 8 of the popular CBBC Children’s Drama The Dumping Ground in 2019. This included working as the Script Editor on Episode 23, ‘Far From the Tree’, which aired in February 2021.
My main roles included project managing the animations, giving notes and feedback to writers, and contributing to scripts and storylines.

Blood and Water
I wrote, directed, and edited Blood and Water for my thesis whilst studying Film and TV Production at Northumbria University. The story of a young man’s violent revenge against his sister’s abusive boyfriend, told in reverse, Blood and Water received praise for its ambitious structure and strong leading performances, and premiered at the Tyneside Cinema in 2018.

Daughter
I wrote and directed Daughter during my second year at Northumbria University. Shot on an extremely low budget in Byker, Newcastle, Daughter was inspired by the films of Andrea Arnold, and was nominated for Best Student Film at UK Cinefest 2017.

Paranoid
I wrote Paranoid as a one-minute monologue for the Lockdown Monologue Film Festival 2020. The story of a man who suspects those around him are not as they seem, it was performed and recorded by Steve McCarten.
