Bio

Harry Ford is an up-and-coming stand-up comedian based in the North West of England. Described by Lauren Pattison (2x Edinburgh Fringe nominee) as “a real star in the making”, Harry is a natural storyteller who blends sharp writing and relatable material with a relaxed, conversational style and “fantastic stage presence and confidence” (The Stand). Despite his relatively short time on the comedy circuit, Harry’s unique blend of youthful naivety and middle-aged weariness has already earned him weekend spots for established comedy clubs and promoters.

Harry has been gigging regularly since early 2022. He has gigged for established comedy clubs and promoters including The Stand, Hilarity Bites, and Shoecake Comedy amongst others, and is one of the regular MCs of The Stand’s ‘Red Raw’ nights, where he has hosted to sell out crowds of 250+ people.

In 2022, he placed 2nd in Felt Nowt‘s ‘New Act of the Year’ competition. In July 2022, he appeared at the 2000 Trees Festival alongside names including Lauren Pattison, Mick Ferry and Lou Sanders. In 2024, he was a Semi-Finalist in the Leicester Square Theatre New Act of the Year Competition. In 2025, he was a Semi-Finalist in the Creatures Comedy Club Comedian of the Year and a finalist in Macclesfield New Comedian of the Year.

In 2024, Harry performed his first hour show ‘This Must Be the Place’ at the Newcastle Fringe and Nottingham Comedy Festival. InNewcastle called his debut hour ‘a masterclass of comedic storytelling’.
